Our clients can be assured that in an emergency situation, we are always on hand 24/7 to provide care and support to your animals.
More and more practices these days do not provide out of hours services themselves. 
Instead their clients are redirected to other facilities and to other vets which are sometimes some distance away. At Chaseview we provide our own out of hours service at our practice with our own vets and nurses. This means that if you are ever in an emergency situation at least you can have the peace of mind of being in familiar surroundings and your animals treated by vets who already know them. If animals are ever hospitalised over night and over weekends, even though we do not have staff resident at the practice they are checked as regularly as each case requires.
We are very proud to be able to offer our clients this service but please can we make you aware that the on call vets also have to work in the day as well as overnight. (This is why sometimes our vets look as tired as Ernie looks all tucked up in bed.)
