24 Hour Emergency
Outside normal working hours there is a veterinary surgeon and veterinary nurse on call. The surgery will be closed and your call will be automatically transferred to the duty veterinary surgeon. We handle all out of hours emergency duties within the practice so the vet who deals with your emergency will have normally daily duties also.
We ask for your co-operation in requesting treatment only for genuine emergencies outside of normal hours. However, if you are not sure please telephone for advice. There is an additional charge for out of hours consultations. During normal working hours please telephone the surgery before bringing in an urgent case so we can give first aid advice and be ready for you.
