Fees
We request that all fees are paid for at the time of consultation or collection of your animal following a procedure. We can provide a full receipt with the breakdown of treatment if requested. All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Methods of payment
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, cheques and debit/credit cards - Mastercard, Visa and Delta.
All accounts are due for settlement at the time of consultation or collection of your pet following a procedure. Should an account not be settled within 30 days a reminder will be actioned and a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding account will be added. Should the account remain unpaid it will be forwarded to our debt collecting agency.
Estimates for treatment costs
If requested we can provide you with an estimate of treatment costs. Please note that it is important to remember any estimate given will be an approximation, your pets treatment may not always follow the same course.
Estimates may be verbal or written.
Pet insurance
We strongly recommend insurance for your pet to protect yourself against unexpected veterinary costs due to illness or injury. We advise you take your time when considering what policy to take and read the terms and conditions carefully.
Should you make an insurance claim we request that you settle your account and claim the money back from your insurance company.
